Ingredients for Hearty Breakfast Recipe

6 sl Bread; cubed
1/2 lb Mild sausage
1 c Grated sharp cheese
2 c Milk
1 ts Dry mustard
6 Eggs
Salt & pepper to taste

Hearty Breakfast Preparation

Cook sausage & drain. Grease large casserole with butter. Cover bottom with bread cubes. Layer crumbled sausage on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk & seasonings together. Pour over cheese.
