Red onion; thinly sliced and
-broken apart
Sharp Cheddar cheese; grated
Haydon Lake Special Preparation
On a slice of toasted bread, spread a generous portion of mayonnaise, then cover with a layer of onion and top with a generous amount of grated cheese.
