Ingredients for Hash Brown Potato Bake Recipe
2 c Loose-pack frozen hash brown
-potatoes
1/4 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 pk (3 oz.) cream cheese with
-chives; softened
1/2 c Milk
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Crushed corn flakes
1/4 ts Paprika; (optional)
Hash Brown Potato Bake Preparation
In a large strainer, rinse potatoes with cold water until slightly thawed; drain. In a 3 quart casserole, combine potatoes, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk and garlic powder. Cover and microwave on high for 6 to 9 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once. Remove.
