Ingredients for Harvest Hamburger Casserole Recipe
1 lb Lean ground beef; brown and
-drain
1 c Onion; minced
1 cn Tomatoes; 28 oz, with liquid
1 tb Worchestershire sauce
1 ts Salt
2 c Potatoes; sliced
1/3 c Flour
1 pk Frozen corn; thawed
1 pk Frozen lima beans; thawed
Green pepper; cut in strips
1-1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
Harvest Hamburger Casserole Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, onion, tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershre sauce and salt. Spoon into a greased 3-qt casserole. Layer the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper on top.
