1 c Sour cream
3/4 c Chopped cooked ham; firmly

Ham Muffins with Creamed Peas Preparation
Sift flour, measure and sift with baking powder, salt, and soda. Beat egg, add sour cream and ham; mix well. Turn into flour mixture and stir until flour is dampened.
