Ingredients for Ham Gunk Recipe

1-1/2 c Spaghetti; cooked
1/4 c Butter
1 cn Mushrooms, canned
6 Green onions; sliced
2-1/2 c Cubed ham
1 c Cottage cheese
1 c Sour cream
1 c Yellow cheese; grated

Ham Gunk Preparation
