Ingredients for Ham Gumbo Recipe
4 sl Bacon
1/4 c Onion; chopped
1 c Diced; cooked ham
1 cn Cut okra or 1/2 lb fresh
-okra
1/4 ts Salt
Ham Gumbo Preparation
(Source: Ruth Gill) Lightly brown bacon and tear into pieces. Lightly brown onions. Add all ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes.
