Ingredients for Ham and Egg Casserole 2 Recipe
6 Hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c Chopped celery
1 tb Mayonnaise
1 ts Prepared mustard
6 sl Ham
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c Milk
1/2 c Grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c Crushed potato chips
Stuffed olives, sliced,

Ham and Egg Casserole 2 Preparation
Cut hard boiled eggs in half. Remove yolks and mash with celery, mayonnaise and mustard. Refill whites. Pout halves back together. Wrap each egg with a slice of ham. Arrange in baking dish with fold down. Combine soup and milk. Pour over ham rolls. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and crushed chips. Top with sliced olives. Bake at 350 F. until hot and cheese melts. NOTES : Can do 2 rolls to a ramekin for individual servings.
