2 tb Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

Guacamole #03 Preparation

1. Place cut-up avocados in blender container with onion, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. 2. Cover and blend until well combined. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
