Ingredients for Grooms Bread Recipe

2-1/4 ts Active dry yeast
2-1/2 c Bread flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/3 c Wheat germ; toasted
1 tb Orange zest; grated
1-1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Brown sugar; dark
4 tb Powdered milk
2 tb Butter or margarine
1-1/4 c Water; plus 1 tb
1/2 c Fruits; dried, mixed,
-coarsely chopped

Grooms Bread Preparation

Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin bread cycle if possible, adding dried fruit at the beep.
