1/2 c Cornstarch — OR 3 TBSP
Ground tap
1 tb Grated lemon rind
1 ts Cinnamon — OR coriander

Slice tomatoes 1/8 thick and toss with sugar, cornstarch (or tapioca), lemon rind, and spice.
