Ingredients for Green Pea Guacamole 2 Recipe

10 oz Frozen green peas, (1

1 c Peeled cubed avocado
1/2 c Nonfat sour cream

1/4 c Chopped green onions
2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 tb Fresh lime juice
1 tb Canned chopped green chiles,

1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Clove garlic, peeled

Green Pea Guacamole 2 Preparation

Cook peas according to package directions; drain. Place peas and remaining ingredients in food processor, and process until smooth. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill. Yield: 2-1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
