2 pk Frozen chopped spinach;
-thawed and squeezed
1/2 c Seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c Parmesan
3 Egg whites
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 sm Onion; minced
1/2 ts Oregano
Green Meatballs (Meatless) Preparation
Preheat oven to 350=B0F. Combine all ingredients, mixing by hand. Mixture should be the consistency to form meatballs. If too soft, add breadcrumbs. Form into small balls. Bake on a Pam-sprayed cookie sheet 30-35 minutes.
