Ingredients for Greek Vegetable Salad Recipe

1/2 Head romaine lettuce
2 c Chopped tomatoes
1 Cucumber; thinly sliced
1 sm Onion; sliced or chopped
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
3 oz Feta cheese; crumbled
4 tb Red wine vinegar
2 ts Olive oil
1 tb Water
1 Clove garlic; crushed
Black pepper

It comes from a Jenny Craig Diet Easter Menu so it should be fairly low in fat. In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and green pepper. Top with cheese. In a separate bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, water, garlic, and pepper. Pour over salad and toss.
