Ingredients for Grapenut Custard Pudding Recipe
4 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1 qt Milk
1 ts Vanilla
6 tb Grapenut cereal; (or more if
-you want)
Nutmeg
Grapenut Custard Pudding Preparation
Beat eggs lightly; add sugar and salt then stir in milk. Add vanilla & nutmeg. Grease a 2 qt baking dish with butter and sprinkle with grapenuts. Add custard mixture. Bake at 350 deg F for 1 hr and 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
