Ingredients for Grape Pita Sandwich Recipe

2-1/2 c C seedless grapes
1/2 c Chopped pecans
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz Lowfat cream cheese; room
2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro; or
-to taste
2 tb Lowfat mayonnaise
1/2 ts Grated orange peel
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
4 sm Pita bread rounds; halved
Lettuce; optional

Grape Pita Sandwich Preparation

Blend all ingredients except pita bread and lettuce; mix well. Divide and spread mixture into pita pockets. Insert lettuce if desired. Makes 4 servings.
