1 ts Grated lemon rind
3 tb Lemon juice
4 tb Butter
1/2 c Sugar
2 Egg yolks; well beaten
2 tb Flour
4 tb Grape nuts
1 c Milk
2 Stiffly beaten egg whites
Grape Nut Pudding Preparation
