Ingredients for Glazed Meatloaf Recipe

1 lb Turkey — cooked
1/2 c Cracker crumbs or bread
Crumbs
1 c Rice — cooked
1/2 c Onion — chopped
1/4 c Carrot — grated
1/4 c Celery — chopped fine
1-1/2 ts Mustard — prepared or
Dijon
1 ts Garlic powder
1/8 ts White pepper
1/4 c Tomato sauce
2 Egg whites
1/2 c Ketchup
1/4 c Honey

Glazed Meatloaf Preparation

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking. Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well. Turn mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Combine ketchup and honey. Spread evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.
