Ingredients for Gingerbread Pancakes 2 Recipe

1 c All-purpose flour
1-1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 ds Ground cloves
1/2 c Skim milk
3 tb Molasses
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 Egg; lightly beaten

Gingerbread Pancakes 2 Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Comine milk and next 3 ingredients ; add to dry indgredients, stirring until smooth. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot nonstick griddle or skillet. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
