Ingredients for Ginger-Soy Marinade Recipe

1/4 c Cider-vinegar;
2 tb Low-sodium soy sauce;
2 Green onion;
1 tb Gingerroot; grated
1/4 c Orange juice concentrate;
2 tb Fresh lomon juice;

Ginger-Soy Marinade Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use to marinate meat, fish, chicken for an hour or overnight, turning to coat from time to time.
