Ingredients for Ginger Shake Recipe
6 Pieces stem ginger; in syrup
3 Scoops nonfat ice cream
1/2 c Skim milk; or to taste
Sugar; to taste
sm Scoops ice cream; for
-garnish
Chopped ginger; for garnish
Ginger Shake Preparation
Place he ginger, ice cream,milk and 6 tablespoons ginger syrup in a blender and puree to a froth. Taste and add extra milk and sugar if desired.
