Ingredients for Ginger Rice Recipe

2 c Water
2 tb Vermouth or dry white wine
1-1/2 tb Minced fresh ginger
1 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Long-grain white rice

Ginger Rice Preparation

1. In a small, heavy saucepan combine the water, vermouth, ginger, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and stir in rice. 2.
