German Coffee Cake Preparation

Beat: 2 each eggs Add: 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot water 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup nuts — chopped raisins or dates (can add, optional) Mix first mixture with second mixture.
