1 pk Butterscotch morsels (6 oz.)
2 tb Instant coffee
1/4 c Water
1 c Butter
3 c Flour
1/2 ts Soda
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Buttermilk
4 Eggs

Gather Round Pound Cake Preparation

Melt together in double boiler butterscotch morsels, coffee, and water. Cream together butter and sugar and add to butterscotch mixture. Combine flour, soda, salt and add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Add eggs one at a time. Beat at medium speed.
