Bake potatoes in the oven for an hour at 350 degrees. Right before the hour is up, melt margarine and garlic together in the microwave (about 2 minutes on high). Put the potatoes from the oven on the top rack of the grill and use the melted butter and garlic to baste them as they cook, turning and basting several times.
