Ingredients for Garden Cottage Cheese Recipe

1/4 c Radishes chopped
1/4 c Cucumber chopped and seeded
1/4 c Green onions chopped
1/4 c Carrots finely chopped
1/4 c Green pepper chopped
1/4 c Red pepper chopped

Garden Cottage Cheese Preparation

To 1 percent milkfat cottage cheese add above ingredients. We use 1 percent milkfat cottage cheese because it’s not as creamy and the veggies don’t get soggy.
