Ingredients for Ganache Filling Recipe

1/2 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Sour cream
9 oz Semisweet chocolate; finely
-chopped

Ganache Filling Preparation

Bring the cream to simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Pour the mixture over the chocolate in a glass bowl, and stir until smooth.
