When ready to grill: Alternate fruit among the skewers. Brush fruit with pineapple juice. Over medium hot coals, place the skewers on a grill coated with nonstick spray. Cover grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning skewers every 3 minutes and brushing with pineapple juice.
