Ingredients for Fruit Delight 2 Recipe

1 cn (16-oz) sour red cherries;
-juice reserved
2 tb Sugar
1 pk (10-oz) frozen strawberries;
-and juice
1 pk (10-oz) frozen raspberries;
-and juice
1-1/2 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Vanilla
Red food coloring (if
-desired)

Fruit Delight 2 Preparation

Drain berries. Heat juices and cornstarch until thick and clear. Cool. Add other ingredients. Fold in berries. Chill. Serve over Angel Food Cake or ice cream with whipped cream on top.
