Ingredients for Frozen Pickles Recipe

2 qt Cucumbers; sliced unpeeled
1 md Onion; sliced thin
2 ts Salt
1-1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Vinegar

Frozen Pickles Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours. Drain thoroughly, but do not rinse. Mix together until completely dissolved the following: 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup vinegar. Pour over pickles. Juice should cover them. Will keep in refrigerator for a couple of weeks or put in containers and freeze. KAREN STANOWSKY (KGZV75A) Everyone really enjoys them.They can also be frozen if you wish.
