Ingredients for Frozen Peach Salad Recipe
1 pk (3-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
2 tb Mayonnaise
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 pt Whipping cream; whipped
1-2/3 c Miniature marshmallows
1 cn (16-oz) cling peach slices;
-drained
1 cn (15-oz) pineapple chunks;
-drained
1/2 c Sliced Maraschino cherries
1/2 c Chopped pecans
Frozen Peach Salad Preparation
Cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add salt and mix well. Fold in whipped cream and add marshmallows. Lightly fold fruits and nuts into creamed mixture. Turn into 2 regular ice cube trays, freezing until firm. Cut into squares. Serve on crisp greens. Yield: 10 servings. MRS.
