Ingredients for Fresh Herb Turkey Loaf Recipe
2 Egg whites
1 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Red bell pepper; chopped
1/3 c Celery; finely chopped
1/4 c Onion; finely chopped
2 tb Fresh parsley
1/2 ts Basil
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 lb Ground Turkey Breast;
-skinned
Fresh Herb Turkey Loaf Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey. Add turkey and mix well. Mold turkey mixture into a loaf pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink.
