Ingredients for French-Style Peas Recipe
3 Leaves Lettuce
1 tb Butter
18 oz Peas; Frozen
1/2 ts Salt And Pepper
1/4 ts Sugar
1/8 ts Pepper
French-Style Peas Preparation
In large skillet with tight-fitting lid melt 1 tbsp. butter Spread 2 or 3 lettuce leaves in skillet. Add 18 oz. peas. Dot with 3 Tbsp. butter sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. sugar and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Cook over low heat 30 min. til tender.
