Ingredients for Focaccia (Emeril) Recipe

1 Batch of focaccia dough,
-proofed; (recipe follows)
2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Mixed chopped herbs
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Focaccia (Emeril) Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the dough out on a oiled sheet tray and press dimples into it with your fingertips. Drizzle with the oil, herbs and cheese and season. Bake until browned and cooked through and let cool.
