Ingredients for Fluffy Orange Cake Recipe

2 Layer size yellow cake mix
1 c Orange juice
3 Eggs
3/4 c MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
1/4 c Poppy seed optional
Powdered sugar

Fluffy Orange Cake Preparation

HEAT oven to 350øF. MIX all ingredients except the powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. POUR into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or a 12-cup fluted tube pan. BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes; then remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
