Ingredients for Finnish Coffee Bread Recipe

Raisin Bread recipe; or any
-sweet bread
3/4 ts Cardamom; instead of
-cinnamon
Candied fruit; instead of
-raisins

Finnish Coffee Bread Preparation

Use a raisin bread or a sweet bread recipie, but add about 3/4 tsp of cardamom instead of cinnamon. It’s good with or without the raisins. also try adding dried candied fruit (sold for fruitcakes) instead of raisins.
