1/2 ts Mustard
Salt and freshly ground

A tiny pinch of nutmeg.

1. Melt butter in a pan. 2. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. 3. Reduce sauce until it begins to thicken 4. Stir in cheese off the heat.
