Ingredients for Fantastic Chicken Recipe
1-1/2 Frying chicken, cut up
1 cn (6 ounce) orange juice
-concentrate
1 pk Onion soup mix
1/2 c Water
1 Stick margarine
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Vinegar
Garlic powder, or salted
-butter*

Fantastic Chicken Preparation
Lay chicken in pan. Sprinkle with garlic. Melt margarine and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and place in 350 ΓΈ oven for half-hour. While chicken is baking, mix orange juice, soup, water, brown sugar and vinegar. After 1/2 hour remove chicken from oven and pour off most of the juice. Pour prepared mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, about anouther 1/2hour. May add pineapple chunks, if desired, when orange juice is added.
