Ingredients for Famous Spinach Dip Recipe
1 pk (9- to 11-ounce) frozen
-spinach
1 pk (8-ounce) cream cheese
1/2 c Plain yogurt
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
1 ts Salt
Famous Spinach Dip Preparation
Notes: From Orange County Register. 1. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. 2. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Chill several hours before serving with vegetables or chips. For a milder dip, mix in a little cottage cheese before serving.
