Ingredients for Ez Taco Bake Recipe
1-1/2 lb Ground beef browned and
-drained
1 cn Rotel tomatoes; ( diced with
-chiles)
1 cn Ortega refried beans
1 pk Ortega taco seasoning
1 pk (12-14 oz) Doritos taco
-flavored chips
8 0z Kraft shredded Mexican
-cheese; ( I usually add
-lots more cheese)
Ez Taco Bake Preparation
Brown ground beef with 1 pkg. of taco seasoning.. In a large bowl mix 1 can of Rotel tomatoes, refried beans, and add the ground beef . In a baking dish crush the package of Doritos to completely cover the bottom of the dish. I usually use a 9 x 13 pan. Add the ground beef mixture over the chips. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
