1-1/8 c Milk
2 tb Potato flakes
4 tb Unsalted butter
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
3 c Bread flour
1-1/2 ts Yeast; Rapid or quick

English Muffin Bread 2 Preparation

Use the sweet, white cycle on light to medium setting NOTES : I use Instant nonfat dry milk mixed with water (to equal same measurement of milk) mostly because I like this bread in the morning & of course milk would spoil so there is no problem using the timer with this.
