Ingredients for Enchilada Pie Recipe
1 lb Ground beef
1 Onion; chopped
1-1/2 c Grated cheese
1 cn (8-oz) tomato sauce
1 c Water
1-1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Chili powder
6 Tortillas
Butter
Enchilada Pie Preparation
Brown meat & onion. Add seasonings & tomato sauce. Spread tortillas with butter. Alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce & cheese. Then add water. Cover & bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
