Ingredients for Eggnog Recipe
1 Dozen eggs, beaten
1 qt Milk
1 cn Evaporated milk
4 oz Vanilla
2 c Granulated sugar
6 ds Cinnamon, approximately
6 ds Nutmeg, approximately
1/2 pt Rum
1/2 pt Bourbon
1/2 c Brandy
Eggnog Preparation
Mix well & serve. Note: If worried about salmonella, beat eggs & milk together & heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats the spoon. Let cool and proceed with rest of recipe.
