Ingredients for Eggnog Coffee Recipe

1/4 c Brandy
1-1/2 tb Dark rum
1 tb Brown sugar, firmly packed
1-1/2 ts Instant espresso powder or
-instant coffee powder
2 c Purchased lowfat eggnog
1/4 c Frozen dessert topping
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg

Eggnog Coffee Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher until sugar and espresso powder dissolve. Stir in eggnog. Cover and refrigerate. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
