Ingredients for Egg Cream Recipe

1/4 c Cold milk
2 tb Chocolate syrup
Seltzer water *

Egg Cream Preparation

* cold, unflavored sparkling water (seltzer, club soda, whatever you call it) Pour the milk and syrup into a tall glass. Stir to combine, and then pour in the sparkling water. Serve immediately.
