Ingredients for Edie s Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe
16 Pieces chicken
1 8 ounce Russian Dressing
1 Envelope onion soup mix
1/2 c Water
1 cn (12 oz) apricot preserves
1 cn (10 oz) Pineapple chunks
Edie s Sweet and Sour Chicken Preparation
Mix together all ingredients. Marinate the chicken in the prepared mixture for at least 2 hours. (The longer you marinate, the better it will taste) Arrange chicken pieces in a casserole and pour left over marinade on top. Cover and cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
