1/3 c Orange marmalade
1/2 c Ketchup
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Light brown sugar
1 ts Dry mustard
Easy Sweet-And-Sour Sauce Preparation
In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium-low heat; mix well. Cook until the sauce is bubbly and the brown sugar is completely melted, stirring occasionally. NOTE: This is the perfect solution for adding some zing to cooked fish fillets. Sure, you can serve it with chicken, steak, or even vegetables, too.
