1-2/3 lb Coarse ground chuck
1-1/3 c Chopped onion
1 tb Salt
1/2 tb Pepper
4 c Chopped celery, precooked a
22 oz Tomatoes; chopped
22 oz Kidney beans
8 oz Tomato soup
2 tb Brown sugar
2-1/2 tb Chili powder

Eastern Star Chili (Minnesota) Preparation

Brown ground chuck and onions in a large pot. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Makes 1 gallon. Note: I suggest you cut down on the sugar and celery.
