Ingredients for Easter Monday Supper Bread Recipe

2 c Biskquick
1 c Cooked ham; chopped
1/2 tb Minced onion
2 Eggs
2/3 c Milk
2 tb Salad oil
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1-1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese
3 tb Butter; melted

Easter Monday Supper Bread Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Combine bisquick, ham, onion, eggs, milk, oil, mustard, and three fourths cup cheese. Mix thoroughly. Spread dough in greased pie pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
