Ingredients for Dr. Bird Cake Recipe

3 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
2 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1-1/2 c Oil
1 cn Crushed pineapple (18oz)
1-1/2 ts Vanilla
3 Eggs
2 c Ripe bannanas;diced

Dr. Bird Cake Preparation

Measure dry ingredients and sift together. Add banannas, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple with juice. Stir, do not beat. Pour into greased 9 inch tube pan Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
